Shirley Margaret Sedrick

SEDRICK, SHIRLEY MARGARET age 91, died Sunday, February 9, 2014 at the Genesys Convenient Center. Funeral Services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 22, 2014 at the Hill Funeral Home, 11723 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc,, MI. Rev. Adam Doyle officiating. Interment at Crestwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Shirley was born May 20, 1922 in Gaines, MI. to parents George and Eva (Trudeau) Turner. She married Michael Louis Sedrick, June of 1940. Shirley worked at A.C. Spark Plug during WW II, then Federals Department Store. She enjoyed bowling, needlework, card games and spending time with her family. Surviving are son Beryl (Sandra) Sedrick of Grand Blanc; grandchildren, Michael Sedrick of FL., Deanna (Michael) Cottle of Otter Lake and Victor (Lucimara) Sedrick of Grand Blanc; 5 great-grandchildren; a niece and nephew. She was preceded in death by husband Michael Louis Sedrick; parents; brother and sister-in-law George and Josephine Turner. The family would like to express special thanks and appreciation to Dr. Amy Daros and the caregivers at the Genesys Convalescent Home for the wonderful care they gave to Shirley.
