Suzanne M. Osinski, a loving, intelligent, feisty 71 year old, passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2018. She was born July 29, 1946 in Detroit to parents Raymond and Nancy (Ozark) Osinski. Suzanne was a pioneer woman in data processing from 1967 until her retirement in 1989. She also owned a farm in Clarkston for over 35 years where she raised horses and goats, rehabilitated HUD houses in Detroit, and delivered for the Oakland Press for more than 15 years. She enjoyed being outdoors and admiring nature, and also loved to cook. Suzanne practiced Reiki and enjoyed other homeopathic and alternative healing. She will be remembered for being an “Iron Marshmallow,” with a strong exterior and huge heart. Suzanne is survived by her partner, Sally Taylor; Sally’s children: Bill (Stacey), Angie (Bryan), Alicia (Jonathan), and Jeff (Mary); Sally’s 11 grandchildren; Sally’s 4 great grandchildren; brother, Gary Osinski; and numerous friends. She was preceded in death by both parents; partner, Jeanne Premier; infant sister; and two sets of grandparents. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will be held in late June.
