DEARING, Woodie D., - Age 69 passed away October 24, 2010 at Avalon Hospice. Visitation Wednesday 2-8 PM and Thursday 10-1 PM at Hill Funeral Home, 11723 S. Saginaw, Grand Blanc. Funeral Service Thursday 1 PM. Woodie was born July 12, 1941 in Marion, Illinois, son of Scottie and Lucille Dearing. A retiree from General Motors, Woodie enjoyed music, singing, travelling and hunting. He also was interested in genealogy and Cherokee Indian culture. Those left to cherish his memory, Children, Beth Wrenn, Kelly Dearing and Greg (Tracey) Dearing; Grandchildren, Stephanie, Ryan, Michael, Gabrielle, Grace and Jacob; Siblings, Carol (Harold) Bailey, Gay (Jim) Burkeen and Dale Dearing.
