Ms. Werner was a certified nurse’s assistant.
She is survived by one son, Stalney of Peoria, Arizona; two daughters, Sandra Collard of Tuscon, Arizona, and Sharlene Law of Reno, Nevada; her mother, Ora Lea Rose of Grand Junction; two brothers, Dwayne Rose of Brighton and Dale Rose of Greeley; one sister, Sherle Dill of Pueblo; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
