Betty was the fourth of ten children born on a farm in Illinois and raised during the Depression. She worked in an ammunition plant during the last year of WWII. After the war Betty moved to Washington, D.C., and worked for the FBI as a fingerprint clerk. She met her husband of 66 years, Keith, at a dance, and they raised three children. Their son, Kevin, died in a motorcycle crash in 1976. Betty lived in New Mexico, Virginia, The Netherlands, Maryland, and Colorado. She loved bird watching, gardening, cooking, and reading. Her little dog, Annie, was the light of her life the past three years. She was a devoted and loving wife and a terrific mother. She will be greatly missed.
Betty is survived by her husband, Keith Marlow of Grand Junction, CO; daughters, Susan Marlow (Guy Sandusky) of Bradenton, FL, and April Marlow (Tom Temple) of Grand Junction, CO; brother, John Warren of Duluth, MN; sister, Anna Quandt of Cocoa, FL; two step-grandchildren, Sean and Savanna Sandusky; and a large number of nieces and nephews.
