Brent James Lewis, 57, Cedaredge, died Nov. 19, 2014, in Englewood.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Cedaredge Cemetery.
Mr. Lewis was CFO for a recruiting company.
Survivors include one daughter, Aubrey of Phoenix; his father, Kenneth of Cedaredge; his mother, Patty of Cedaredge; and two brothers, Brad of Cedaredge and Brian of Cottonwood, Arizona.
