Donald Leroy Girodo

Donald Girodo passed away on March 6, 2016, in Grand Junction, Colorado. He was 78 years old.

He was born on September 21, 1937, to Antonio and Myrtle (McDonald) Girodo. Donald was raised in Silverton, Colorado, where he graduated high school.

Donald married his wife, Janice Lewis, on October 1, 1983.

He was member of Moose Lodge #270 since 1971, and he enjoyed deep sea fishing, hunting, bowling and traveling.

Donald is survived by his wife, Janice; his sons, Michael Girodo, Boulder, CO, Anthony and Donnie Girodo, Grand Junction, CO, and Calvin Whitman, Silt, CO; his daughters, Peggy Rippy, Silt, CO, and Angela Martinez, Parachute, CO; his sister, Diana Robinson, Amado, AZ; 11 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.

Memorial Services for Donald will be held at Martin Mortuary, 10:00 am, Saturday, March 19, 2016, with Graveside Service following at Orchard Mesa Cemetery.
