Donna M. Anderson, 54, Grand Junction, died Jan. 15, 2015, at her home.
Services will be at noon Sunday at Grande River Winery in Palisade.
Ms. Anderson was owner and operator of a fitness company.
Survivors include two sons, Christopher Pentelute of Morgan Hills, California, and Justin Pentelute of Denver; one daughter, Rochelle Pentelute of Englewood; and two grandchildren.
