Eulogia Reyes Ramirez

February 26, 1935 – March 19, 2014

Eulogia Reyes Ramirez passed away March 19, 2014 at her Grand Junction home with her loving family by her side, she was 79.

Eulogia was born on February 26, 1935 in San Berbardo Durangos from the union of Librado Reyes and Petra Ramirez. She spent her childhood in Durango, Mexico and lived in the Grand Junction area for thirty three years. She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, baking, playing cards, crocheting, word search, watching soap operas and especially spending time with her family.

Eulogia married Benjamin Flores and he preceded her in death on June 25, 2011. She leaves behind seven sons; Antonio Cardenas, Benito Cardenas, Cristobal Cardenas, Saul Reyes, Pablo Reyes, Benjamin Reyes, Hugo Reyes, three daughters; Graciela Reyes, Manuela Leon, Petra Reyes, two brothers; Margarito Reyes, Jesus Reyes and two sisters; Esthera Reyes and Tomasa Reyes, thirty five grandchildren and forty five great-grandchildren.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, March 22, 2013 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Visitation will be Friday, March 21, 2014 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Martin Mortuary.
