Burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado,. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Heritage Church.
He was a retired U.S. Army command sergeant major.
He is survived by his wife, Sherill; two sons, Steve T. of New Jersey and Tim G. of Missouri; three daughters, Jackie Graham and Rhonda Raven, both of Pennsylvania, and Susan Trainor of Georgia; three brothers, Fred Keffer of Nebraska, John Keffer of Pennsylvania, and Barry Keffer of Arizona; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
