Our hero, Joseph Dale (Riff) Raff, left this world to be with the Lord, on October 14, 2015 at 11:20 pm., due to complications from a massive stroke.
Dale served his country with honor in the U.S. Navy in the River Patrol Force (Brown Water Navy) from 1967 to 1969. He was in the Viet Nam War and also in the Tet Offensive. He was a two time Purple Heart recipient as well as various other awards.
Dale is survived by his loving wife, Felicia Raff; his son Aaron Raff (Dawn); his grand children, Cassie, Ben, Bethany, Carrisa, And Caleb; his brothers, Richard, Dan, and Don; his sisters, Kathy and Barbie; his step son, Brian and step daughters, Heidi and Katrina.
He will be cremated and his Celebration of Life will be held early spring, in mid April 2016 with full military honors.
