Survivors include her husband, Gordon W.; one son, Daniel Lee Garner of Moab, Utah; two daughters, Kimberly Lynn Garner and Sarah Lynn Garner, both of Fruita; and one sister, LeeAnn Garner of Grand Junction.
Judy Lynn Garner passed away at her home in Fruita Co. on February 28 2017.
Judy was born in Grand Junction July 10, 1958 to parents Homer L. Sixbey and Billie R (Brown) Sixbey.
Judy was a loving and extremely caring person as her patients at the Oaks would have heartily agreed. Judy loved animals of all kinds, and rescued and raised many in her lifetime. She loved outdoor activities-camping hiking and swimming. Also she was an avid reader. But she most of all loved being with her family.
She is survived by husband Gordon W Garner, daughters Kimberly Lynn and Sarah Lynn Garner and son Daniel Lee Garner. Also by her sister LeeAnn (Sixbey) Garner. She was preceded in death by her parents and infant brother Steven Charlie Sixbey,.
Judy was a Jehovah's Witness. She had a firm belief in God's promise that soon he will rid mankind of death, mourning and pain. And in also his promise to bring the dead back from the memorial tomb.
We her family will miss her sweet smile and crazy laugh. No memorial is planned at this time.
