Lydia was born October 19, 1928 in Fruita, Colorado to Charles Lee Garner and Margaret Hazel Nichols-Garner. She was the third of ten children.
On December 14th, 1944, Lydia married Dale Marple who precedes her in death as well as her parents, and two sons; Dale Aaron Marple and Denis Lee Marple.
Lydia is survived by 3 Children; Janet (Perry) Clark of Castle Rock, Colorado, Vernia (Bennie) Lloyd of Canon City, CO, and Helen Dalton of Hooks, Texas. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren

A visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Martin Mortuary from 6pm – 8pm. A Funeral Service will be at the Mortuary the following day at 1pm.
