Maria was born on May 16, 1948 in Chihuahua, Mexico. She married her husband, Secundino Venegas, on August 24, 1968 in Chihuahua.
She is survived by her mother, Espiridiona Valeriano of Pecos, Texas; sons, Sergio Venegas of Grand Junction, Omar Venegas of Billings, Montana, and Edgar Venegas of Grand Junction; daughter, Marina Ramirez of Odessa, Texas; brothers, Ismael Valeriano and Adalberto Valeriano, both of Pecos, Texas; and 12 grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 10 a.m. at Martin Mortuary.
