The family would like to thank all of the staff at Larchwood Inns. Being a CNA in the area, mom knew
she wanted to someday be able to move to Larchwood Inns. Mom received excellent care and love
throughout her stay and enjoyed her home there. As her family we know she received the best care
possible. A special thank you to Nurses, Joyce and Audrey for loving and caring for mom as you did. Also, special thanks to (mom's twins) CNA's, Zofia and Sam. You brought both laughter and joy into
mom's life.
Our Family would also like to thank the wonderful Hospice Staff from "HopeWest". You made mom's
last days comfortable and filled with loving care. Chaplin Jennifer, Lindsay and Molley, you helped our
family so much and we appreciate everything you've done. A private memorial service for Ann will be
in May for family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to
"HopeWest" Hospice. 3090 North 12th Street,#B, Grand Junction, CO 81506
