Poe was born April 1, 1970, in Elkhart to Ronald J. Allard and Pamela G. (Harris) Allard, both of Elkhart.
Poe is survived by his parents, his brothers Ronnie Allard, Hezekiah "Hank" Allard and Ishmael "Auggie" Allard, and his sister, Melissa "Missy" (Allard) Rogers, all of Elkhart. Poe is also survived by his son, Leon Allard of Elkhart, and his daughter, Silvia Allard of Delta, Colorado. Poe had one grandson and four granddaughters. Poe was preceded in death by his brother, James Allard.
Napoleon (Poe) was a welder and worked at several locations in the Elkhart/Goshen area including Wy Frames and Lippert. Much of his life he worked on projects he called "day jobs" that were temporary work. He was dearly loved and will be missed by his family and friends.
Poe will be cremated and there will be a Celebration of Life Service for him here, in Elkhart, sometime in the near future. Please give any memorials, donations or acts of kindness to the homeless.
