Normagene was born on July 21, 1923, in Kirk, Colorado, to William F. and Sadie Hazel (Craig) Fergus. She spent her childhood there and graduated high school from Kirk High School. Normagene was married to Elmo W. Motsinger on November 1, 1941. Sadly, he preceded her in death. She resided in Green Valley, Arizona, for 34 years and previously lived in Riverton, Wyoming.
Normagene is survived by her daughter, Janice J. Thompson of Grand Junction; and her son, Gary Motsinger of Aurora, Colorado; two grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her twin brother, Norman; her sister, Maxine; and her son, Galen Motsinger.
