Patricia Ann Smith Krouse, age 71, of Grand Junction, CO, passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021 at the HopeWest Hospice Care Center. Patricia was born on March 7, 1950 in Washington, DC to the late Wilbert Smith Jr. and Mildred Wynn Smith. She married her beloved husband, Tom Krouse, on June 23, 1967. During her career in Grand Junction, Patricia served as a Cafeteria Manager at Broadway Elementary, Chatfield Elementary, and Pear Park Elementary. She was a proud member of the Red Hat Society and along with her husband, she was a member of the Cuatro Estados RV Club with which they were able to go on several adventures. Above all, she was a proud, loving and wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Patricia is survived by her beloved husband of 54 years, Tom; children, Michelle Harmon (Dave), David Krouse (Holly), and Melissa Krouse (Mike); grandchildren, Kodi Krebill (Austin), Kaleb Krouse (Madison), Rebekah Krouse, Dakota Harmon, Orion Lytle, and Aden Lytle; and her great grandchild, Zaiden Krouse.

A celebration of life will be held at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 2pm. Burial will take place at a later date in the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.
