Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Stillwater Cowboy Church in Fruita.
She was a social worker.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Berentis; three sons, David Hern of Baker, Boyd Hern of Canon City, and Bryce Berentis of Mack; two daughters, Angie Hern of Whitewater and Cheryl Romero of Grand Junction; one brother, Kent Patton of Oregon; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
