I’m so very sorry to see this.  Robert was always such a fun young man.  He radiated happiness to those around him.  May God bless your family with peace at this difficult time 

I was blessed to be Robert's first grade teacher and his friend in adulthood. I will always remember Robert as a kind and gentle human being. He loved learning, writing, teaching, and  meaningful thinking.  He had a deep passion for history and the critical  lessons it had to teach us all.  Robert made the world a better place.  He will be missed.

Robert is one of the most kind hearted people I have ever met. I will never forget the first day of First grade when he came up to me and said "I like you. Do you want to be my friend?" We have been friends ever since. Even though I moved away in 2002 not a day would go by I haven't thought about him and what he means to me. He is the smartest person I have ever met. In third grade we would spend a lot of time in the hallway because we wouldn't stop talking to each other in class and the teacher would send us out there. Robert will be forever missed but I will never forget our friendship and what he means to me. Can't wait to play baseball with you up in Heaven.
