Ronald was born on September 22, 1951, in Hamilton, Montana, to Frank E. and Betty (Goulet) Ellis. He proudly served in the US Army from 1973 to 1979, and during that time he became a skilled mechanic, a passion that carried throughout his lifetime. Ronald married Arlene Ellis on February 5, 2022. He was previously married to Linda Ellis, who sadly preceded him in death. In addition to living in Hamilton, Ronald also resided in Montrose, Colorado, before moving to Grand Junction. He loved all things car related, and most of all loved his children and family.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Arlene Ellis of Grand Junction; his son, Lee Ellis; daughter, Rhonda Ellis; 4 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
