Sharon was born in Grand Junction, Colorado at the Old Saint Mary's Hospital, and was raised in Pear Park, Colorado. She attended Pear Park Grade School, Central High School, and then to Mesa College and graduation in 1968.
Favorites: Holiday - Christmas, Thanksgiving, Super Bowl, Football Team - Kansas City Chiefs College TV Sport - Girls softball fast pitch TV Sport - Little league baseball tournaments. Past times: mail catalog shopping, then waiting for it to arrive, and checking the invoice to see what was really shipped. Least favorite past times: Sewing, calling catalog vendors.
As a mother she was dedicated to her children and their education. She was involved in 4-H, Girl Scouts, and Treasure in the administration level of the Parent-Teachers Association at the Orchard Mesa Elementary.She served many loving community service hours with those popular positive institutions.
Sharon is survived by husband of 30 plus years, David A. Skidmore, daughters Tamara Jean [Skidmore] Martinez, Lanie Machelle Skidmore Hernandez.
