Services will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary Chapel. Military honors and interment will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.
Mr. Elliott was an animal control officer.
He is survived by his wife Plymouth; one son, Kenneth of Grand Junction; one brother, Glenn E. of Davenport, Iowa; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
