Willy E. Rensenbrink, age 87, was born on February 15, 1934 in Holland and passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 in Grand Junction, CO. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard “Dick” Vernimen, age 85, who was born on March 14, 1935 in Green Bay, WI and passed away on May 24, 2020 in Grand Junction, CO.
Willy is survived by her son, Aron Jonz and Dick was survived by his two children, Richard, Jr. and Polly Vernimen. Willy and Dick met in Alaska where Willy was an Executive Administrator at the University of Alaska and Dick worked for the Bureau of Land Management. They retired to Grand Junction, CO where they enjoyed their friends, family, and each other for the past 25 years.
