

Ken grew up in Waverly and graduated from Delhi High School. After graduation he served his country for 3 years in the US Army. After he was honorably discharged he attended college in North East Monroe while working nights for Brown & Root.
In 1963 he moved to Texas where he worked for Montgomery Ward, and then for Motorola. After more than 25 years he retired form Motorola and moved to Arkansas. Ken was an honest, giving man who enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing and making Armadillo traps. He was a member of the Elks club and several hunting clubs.
Ken moved back to Texas in 2008. He was a wonderful judge of character and a true individual. He loved to cook and won a few smoking/chili cooking contests.
Ken is preceded in death by his parents John A Fife and Vera I Cathey; brother Bobby G. Fife.
Survived by his wife of 35 years Mary Beth Fife; daughter Rebecca Foust and her husband Paul; sisters JoAnn Reeves and her husband Hollis, Betty Miracle and her husband Bob, Patricia Gray and her husband Bruce; step-children Natalie Monroe and her husband Mark, Susie Kane and her husband Walter, Kari Harless and her husband Vernon; grandchildren Angela Bilyeu and her husband Matt, Steven Foust, Meagan Monroe, Cameron Fife, Matthew Kane, Taylor Harless, Sarah Ireton, Sara Kane, Maggie Ireton, Shelby Fife; great-grandchildren Tyler Bilyeu, Cayden Bilyeu, Brett Bilyeu, Payton Foust and Preston Foust.
