Benny is survived by his wife, Linda Barrera; son, Jesse Barrera and wife Monica; grandsons, Jesse E. Barrera (Haley) and Joseph A. Barrera; great-granddaughter, Wren Melanie Barrera; and brother, John Barrera (Liz); sisters, Helen Ho; Mary McDonald (Bill); and Anita Barrera as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Benny was a dedicated worker for GM for 40 years, but most importantly a family man, his family was very important to him and he would do anything for them. He was also a die hard Kansas City Chiefs fan!
Benny will be truly missed by friends, family, coworkers and everyone he knew.
A Celebration of Life for Mr. Benny will take place at a later date.
