Billie was born March 2, 1927, to John Delbert and Vera Warren Thurman in Roby. She married Bill Hooper on March 2, 1951.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill, in 1969; her parents; and brother, John D. Thurman Jr.
Survivors: Her daughter, Kay Marie Hooper Belanger and husband, C.V.; grandson, Dustin Belanger; sister, Roberta Thurman Trainer; and numerous nieces and nephews.
