

He was born in Monterey, Mexico, on July 20, 1936. He married Rita D. Hernandez on January 25, 1959.
Francisco had a career in production tooling for General Motors for thirty years until he retired.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Citizens on Patrol, UAW, a long-time soccer referee and coach, and a community and church volunteer.
Francisco had a passion for travel, service, soccer, and loved to spoil his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
He is survived by his children: Rita (Bill) Hernandez Heep, Ruth (Loren) Hernandez White, and Francisco Hernandez (Craig Burchfield), his grandchildren: Christopher (Pamela) Heep, Alyssa Heep (Aaron) Johnston, Brian White, and Elizabeth White, his great-grandchildren: Laila and Leo Heep, Sophia, Gavin, Remi, and River Johnston, his brothers and sisters: Abigail Dominguez, Americo Hernandez, Oscar Hernandez, Artemio Hernandez, and Consuelo Jimenez.
A visitation for Francisco will be held Thursday, June 8, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Bean Massey Burge Funeral Home, 2951 S. Belt Line Road, Grand Prairie, TX 75052. A funeral service will take place on Friday, June 9, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1111 W. Danieldale Road, Duncanville, TX 75137. Cremation arrangements are being handled by Bean Massey Burge Funeral Home, 2951 S. Belt LIne Road, Grand Prairie, Texas.
