Internment: 1:00 p.m. DFW National Cemetery.Born June 22, 1951 in Ft. Worth to Thomas and Nell Phipps. He was the 5th child of six. Preceded in death by parents and one sister, Martha Gail Phipps. Survivors: 2 brothers, Thomas Nuel Phipps and Robert Dewayne (Bobby) Phipps; 2 sisters, Ruby Jo Phipps and Sharon Kay Phipps. With Gods help our hearts will mend. We will miss him. The world lost a wonderful man but heaven gained an angel. We that knew him knew his heart.
