John was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and was certified in HVAC. He worked for an apartment complex as a supervisor for 32 years. He is remembered as a homebody, who only went out if he needed to, he also loved gardening.
John is survived by his wife of 35 years, Carmel Harsha; son, Johnathan Harsha; sister, Ella Willis; grandchildren, Jadon, Joahnavon, and Britanna. John will be remembered as a loving and doting grandfather to his grandchildren and will be missed by his close friends and family.
Visitation for John will take place on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 in the chapel of Grand Prairie Funeral Home, located on 733 Dalworth St, Grand Prairie, TX 75050, from 7:00pm-9:00pm. Inurnment will take place at a later date, in the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
