Jose Luis Medrano

Our father, Jose Luis Medrano, left this world on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at the age of 86. He was blessed with a large and loving family. He was a respected, hard working father and provider. He enjoyed the outdoors and was always willing to help others.

He was predeceased by his parents, Jose L. Medrano and Maria Hernandez; son, Jose G. Medrano; and siblings.

Jose was survived by his wife of 56 years, Juana Medrano; sons, Jorge Medrano and David Medrano; daughters, Maria Hernandez and Ana Flores; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and his sisters and brothers.

A funeral service will be held in his honor on Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 11am-3pm at Grand Prairie Funeral Home, 733 Dalworth St., Grand Prairie, Texas 75050. The eulogy will be held at 1pm.

Nuestro padre, José Luis Medrano, dejó este mundo el sábado 11 de febrero de 2023 a la edad de 86 años. Fue bendecido con una familia numerosa y amorosa. Era un padre respetado, un buen proveedor y trabajador. Disfrutaba del aire libre y siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar a los demás.

Le antecedieron en muerte sus padres, José L. Medrano y María Hernández; hijo, José G. Medrano; hermanas y hermanos.

A José le sobreviven su esposa durante 56 años, Juana Medrano; hijos, Jorge Medrano y David Medrano; hijas, María Hernández y Ana Flores; 10 nietos; 10 bisnietos; y sus hermanas y hermanos.

Se llevará a cabo un funeral en su honor el sábado 25 de febrero de 2023 de 11 am a 3 pm en Grand Prairie Funeral Home, 733 Dalworth St., Grand Prairie, Texas 75050. El elogio se llevará a cabo a la 1 pm.
