Linda Joyce Dutton

Linda graduated from W.H. Adamson High School in Dallas, Texas in 1959. On May 11,1962, Linda married Bill Dutton and together they raised 4 children. Linda became a homemaker for their family. She had a passion for bowling, but more than anything, she loved spending time with her children, and eventually, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Alice James; and her brother, Billy Joe James.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Bill; children, Cindy Medelle and husband, Marvin, Darla McDaniel, Cheryl Bowen and husband Lee, Michael Dutton and wife Colleen, step-son, Greg; grandchildren, Jason Guinn, Brittany McDaniel, Meagan McDaniel, Amy Rinehart, Kale Dutton and Daniel; great-grandchildren, Tristan Guinn, Wyatt, Justin, Adalyn and Cooper Rinehart; and Rudy, her beloved dog.

A visitation will be held Friday, April 1, 2022 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Grand Prairie Funeral Home, 733 Dalworth Street, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051. A Funeral Service will follow beginning at 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home.
