Ruby Nell SIms, born in Hunt County October 2, 1926 to George S. Stewart and Hattie B. Walls, and one of eight children, died October 13, 2012 in Irving TX. She is survived by one brother, Billy George Stewart. She was married to Vollie Thornton Sims, Jr. on February 9, 1946 in Hunt County, TX. Ruby and V.T. lived in Lubbock many years. V.T. passed away July 12, 1979. Shortly after, Ruby moved to Irving, TX where she lived until her death.
