Sidney T Robbins

Sidney grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas. He left school after the 9th grade to help work on the family farm. Sidney married the love of his life, Claudia on January 21, 1948 and spent 60 wonderful years together. He had a passion for hunting, fishing and wood working.

Sidney was full of life. He loved to laugh and had a very unique laugh. He enjoyed piddling in the garage, country and western shows and watching NASCAR. He followed Tony Stewart and Dale Earnhardt Jr. He also liked the Dallas Cowboys, carpentry and growing his vegetable garden. Sidney was a devoted husband, loving father and good friend. He would talk to everyone and made friends where ever he went.

Sidney is preceded in death by his wife Claudia Robbins, mother Fran A Kello Robbins, father Ollie G Robbins, sisters Donnie Yeager, Bertha Barrett and brother Horace Robbins.

He is survived by his children: Marty White and her husband Michael, Sid Robbins and his wife Merry; grandchildren: Coleton White, Amiee Robbins and her husband Ajex Rodriguez; siblings: Mary Lou Woods, Clarence Robbins and his wife LaVene; nephews: Hoppy Yeager and his wife Nancy, Malcom Yeager, Kenny Yeager; niece Patricia Smith and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
