Donald Stephens aged 84 of Grand Rapids passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2012. He was preceded by his first wife Rosena in 1980 and his second wife Barbara in 2011 and his brother-in-law Don Martin. Don will be lovingly remembered by his children; Gary (Diane) Stephens and their children Kevin, Renee (Daniel), Mark (Sandy) Stephens and their children Mitchell and Andrew, sister JoAnne Martin, step-children; Dave (Wendy) Steenland, Tom (Sally) Steenland, Cindy Sherman and their 8 children and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Don was a member of the Casino Club and an avid fisherman. He loved his association with the Spoonpluggers and Lunker Hunters fishing clubs. A Memorial Service will be held 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at the Reyers North Valley Chapel 2815 Fuller Ave NE. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4-8 PM at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to Faith Hospice or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
