Esther Louise Lakowicz (Konieczny), aged 89, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2014 at her home in Grand Rapids. She was preceded in death by sisters Lucille Ferenc and Sophie Bielcki. She will be remembered as a caring, loving, and devoted wife and is survived by her loving husband of 67 years Bernie. Also surviving are her brother Edward (Erma) Koniecny of Arizona, brother-in-law Edwin Ferenc, and nieces and nephews. Services and Interment have taken place at Holy Cross Cemetery.
