Frederick Jim J. Sheneman

Jim passed away peacefully surrounded by family after a courageous two year battle with pancreatic cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents Donna and Frederick Sheneman, son Randy and brothers Bill and Rick Sheneman.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years Cathi, daughters Tammie (Mike) Terrill, Shelley (David) MacDonald, Amy (Kevin) Linton, adopted daughter Marleigh, stepchildren Scott (Linda) Hula, Judy (Kaiser) Downing and Tim (D’Anne) Hula, brothers Doug, Larry (Marie) Sheneman, sister, Sharon (Ken) Hall, sisters and brothers-in-law, Marilyn (Bill) Lennon, Linda (George) Zeeff, Jack and Mike Schmidt, Deb (Brian) Happie, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Jim took great pride in his job as a printer for Meijer and Integra Printing. He was an avid golfer, woodworker and pool shark. He especially loved his dogs, Teddy, Tilly and Snickers. The family expresses a special thank you to Jennifer and Mike at Lemmon Holton Cancer Center and the staff from Spectrum Health Hospice.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7 from 6-8 pm at Reyers North Valley Chapel, with a Rosary recited at 7:30pm. An additional visitation will be one hour prior to the 11:00 am service at St Patrick Catholic Church, 4351 Parnell Ave. NE, Ada, MI on Thursday, October 8. Father Mark Peacock will be presiding. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Patrick School, Parnell.
