Judith Kay Miller, age 78, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Tuesday, May 6th, 2025, at the Memory Care facility at Commonwealth Senior Living at East Paris in Grand Rapids. The daughter of Joe and Shirley Botwinski, she was born on February 9th, 1947, in Grand Rapids.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Joe and Shirley Botwinski, and brother; David Botwinski. Surviving are her devoted husband, Doug Miller; children, Chris Kail and Katie (John) LeClair; grandchildren, Oliver, Avery, Abby, Kate, Britt, Jace, Kennedy, and Zak; sisters, Carol (Tom) Gietzen, Kathy Telego, Sue (Brad) Boylan, Nancy (Tom) Jacques and Teresa (Kent) Gagnon; and her stepdaughters, Kelly (Tom) Reynolds and Wendy (Steve) Pipers.
Judy worked at Miller Johnson and retired from GL Resources. She was very active with her children’s PTA. She took Jazz and tap dance, as well as kickboxing and yoga. She loved music and old classic movies. She was kind to all, feisty, and had great style. She was an incredible and loving mother, sister, and wife.
A visitation will be from 12-1pm with a celebration of life to follow at 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 29th at Reyers North Valley Funeral Home, 2815 Fuller Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505.
