Galloway, Lila Madeline was taken from us very suddenly and unexpected Friday evening December 6 after a fun filled day for her. She was a spunky, kind & fun-loving lady. She loved her family & was deeply proud of each & every one of them.

She was preceded in death by her husband William Galloway 10/31/00, her second husband Duane Tanner 5/22/2010, her father & mother Jacob & Rena Smith, brothers & sisters Duke Smith, Donna (Smith) Farrell, Lorraine Smith, Lewis Smith, and Alvie Smith, nieces and nephews.

Left behind: Bill (Virgene), Bernie (Shelley), Bryan (Kathy), Brad (Beccie), Brenda (Larry), Becky (Tiffany), 15 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.

She loved life & the people in it, always happy, always up for anything, loved her card gang & playing all sorts of games. Family was her focus & spending time with them was always top on her list. Above all her Faith in Jesus Christ was evident in her life & her desire would be that you too would place your faith in Jesus Christ for your Salvation.

Bob & Brenda AUSTIN

December 12, 2019

Sending our heartfelt sympathies to Brenda, Larry 'n the entire Galloway Family. We can clearly remember Bill & Lila at the "old" Calvary Church on Michigan 'n College in Grand Rapids. Bill - so tall with dark hair 'n Lila - so short with blonde - and always wearing her high, high, high-heel shoes! Lila was such a bubbly, fast-talking lady who wore a huge smile on her face. We're so sorry for your great loss but we're rejoicing that Bill & Lila are together in Heaven once again 'n praising their Lord 'n Savior who they loved.
