Mary graduated from Sacred Heart High School. She worked for over 40 years at Goodwill Industries. Anyone who knew Mary knew her smile would light up every room she walked into.
Mary is survived by her twin sister Carolyn; sisters Veronica (Robert) Carpenter and Christine (William) Cairns; and many nieces and nephews. The surviving family would like to extend their sincere thanks to both Jan Sprenger and the late Jim Engels for accepting their role as primary care giver and Guardian. Mary was preceded in death by her parents John and Marjorie; sisters Joyce and Lois; and brothers John and Jim.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, July 8 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church with visiting one hour prior. Burial will take place at Memphis Cemetery.
Memorial donations in Mary’s name may be sent to the Special Olympics of Michigan, Water Warriors Division.
