Norman Arthur Danielson May 27, 1929-August 31, 2020. Norm passed away on August 31, 2020. He was born in Comstock Park, MI in 1929 to Arthur Maurtz Danielson and Alma Marie Augusta (Nagel) Danielson. Norm is now together again with his treasured wife of 69 years, Lois Marie (Curtis) Danielson, who preceded him in death. He will be lovingly remembered by his family: brothers and sisters-in-law Jack (Donna) Danielson and Roger (Evie) Danielson; brother-in-law Rich Curtis; children Gerry (Deborah) Danielson, Mike (Mary) Danielson, and Jim (Vicki) Danielson; 10 grandchildren; and more than 18 great-grandchildren.
Norm was a hardworking man and a great provider for his family. He enjoyed being a member of The Grand A’s Model A Restorers Club and driving his 1931 Ford Model A in parades and events. He was always proud and supportive of his grandchildren, and was never shy about loudly cheering them on. He kept everyone around him laughing with his jokes, silly games, and goofy tricks. He adored his wife Lois and missed her until the day he passed on.
A celebration of his life and visitation will be held at Greenwood Cemetery at the grave site on Tuesday Sept 8, 2020 from 12-1:30 pm. An Honor Guard will be performed at 1:30 pm to honor his service in the U.S. Army. If you will be attending at Greenwood Cemetery, please bring your own lawn chair.
