Shannon Rose Hiemstra, aged 48 of Comstock Park, passed away suddenly Friday, February 10, 2012 at her home. Surviving are her husband, Brian; Her children, Brian Hatt, Kaitlyn (Katie) Hiemstra, and Jacob Hiemstra. Her mother and father, Patricia and Robert Kole; Grandchildren, Jordan, Braden and Slevan; Her brothers, Blain (Jackie) Kole, Kelly Kole, Steve (Shelly) Kole, Richard Kole, Twin brother Shane Kole, and Robert Kole, Jr. Several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Shannon was a member of the American Legion Post #47 Ladies Auxilliary in Comstock Park. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday February 15 at the Reyers North Valley Chapel, with interment in Wambolt Cemetery, Remus, Michigan.
