Stephanie Vlasich

Stephanie Vlasich aged 95, went to her heavenly home on July 27, 2014. She was born in 1918 in Italy immigrating to America in 1949. Stephanie was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 51 years George Vlasich Sr. and her seven sisters and five brothers. Surviving are her children, George (Kathleen) Vlasich of Nashville TN, James Vlasich of Grand Rapids and Joan (Kirk) Bailey of Allendale; grandchildren Michael (Stephanie) Vlasich, Brian (Maureen) Vlasich, Mark (Kelly) Bailey, Scott Bailey and great-grandchildren Jovi and Natalie Vlasich. Stephanie was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed cooking for friends and family. She was also a member in both the German American Club and the Ladies of Holy Family at Saint Alphonsus Catholic Church. Please join the family in celebrating Stephanie’s life at a visitation scheduled for Wednesday July 30, 2014 from 5-8pm with a 7:45pm Rosary at Reyers North Valley Chapel. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 31 2014 at 11:00am at Saint Alphonsus Catholic Church (224 Carrier NE). Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider a memorial contribution in memory of Stephanie to St. Alphonsus Church, St. Luke’s University Parish Building Fund in Allendale MI, or to Great Lakes Hospice.
