A couple days ago I was informed that Susan had passed.  So very sad.  I can only think of all the fond memories I have of her when we were kids.  I had the privilage  of having a very nice conversation with her 2 years ago, and I will always cherish that.   Godspeed Susan 

I knew Susan when we were both students at Michigan and we lived in the same dorm on scenic north UM campus, Baits Eaton House. I found her bright, refreshingly opinionated, passionate in her beliefs, and she had a nice sense of humor. I am so very sorry to hear of her loss. May God bless her and all who mourn her passing.

I just found out today. I am so very sorry on her passing. I lost contact with Sue so many years ago. She will always be remembered.

Thoughts and prayers to the family in the passing of Susan. I worked with Susan for many years at Frank B Hall and then Acordia. She was the best manager I ever had always looking out for you. She was so kind and thoughtful. I was not able to attend the funeral as I now live in the Detroit area but was there in thought. Sympathies,

Susan and I were good friends, 1st through our business relationship and then because I enjoyed her sincerity and genuine heart for people. She was a sweetheart. 

She cared so much for her coworkers, which she adored, her family which she spoke of often and her friend, Kristen, whom she kindly introduced me too.

She was devoted to her clients and they were fortunate to have her working on their behalf.

Blessings to her family, friends, coworkers and clients....

There is something that was mentioned here and I'd like to repeat it "we are all better for having had Susan in our lives."

I met Susan when she first interviewed me for my current job. I had zero experience in commercial insurance. For the entire interview we barely talked about the position, mostly about art and sports. It was like I was talking to one of my closest friend. Susan took a chance on me and I am where I am today because of that. I will miss our long, endless talks at the office when it was just her and I. I will think about her everyday. Her memory will never fade.

Susan was one of the greatest women I have ever met.  She went above and beyond for everyone she came in contact with.  I will forever cherish the memories of her and I will miss her so much.

I know Susan from her being my insurance rep. She was great took calls on weekends any anytime. She when into office many times to help me if I forgot to pay a bill an she knew it would cancel. She gave excellent customer service. She also would ask how I an family was. I know she has niece an nephew as she talked about them. She we be missed a lot. My prayers go out to her family.She was a wonderful person.She went above an beyond. the call of duty.

I worked with Susan for the past seven years and have never met a more caring insurance agent ever! She was a kind, attentive, super smart and engaged agent as well as an all around enjoyable and caring person with a great sense of humor and concern for us as a Company and people. I will greatly miss Susan and her smile!

I worked with her for a few years and believe that I have never met a kinder, more gentle person than she was.  I feel so sad that this has happened. My sympathy goes to her family and especially the children in the family who were so precious to her.  We were all better because we knew her.

Susan will dearly be missed at my salon where she was a long time client of Kyle Hawkins. 
She always had a smile on her face as we talked about everything from current events, to sports and music. I was on the side line, but always enjoyed seeing her all these years.
Our hearts are broken.

I worked with Susan for the last 10 years and I'm going to miss her more than words can express. I've learned so much from her and I'm going to sadly miss our talks of family, friends, food, tv shows, tigers and politics. I'll never forget you!

Susan was a loving,caring,thoughtful friend to many.  Susan had a positive impact on all of us who were privileged to know her.
