Thomas George Zainea

Thomas George Zainea, aged 65, went to be with his Lord on Sunday, May 3, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents Anthony Sr. and Josephine, and his brother Anthony Jr. and his very special friend Patricia Glynn. Surviving are his siblings; Mary Elizabeth Zainea, Shirley Schuelke, David Zainea, Barbara (Daniel) VanderWerf, and Jim (Stephanie) Zainea. Neices and Nephews: Benjamin (Heather) Zainea, Deborah (Eric) Rodegher, John Zainea, Thomas (Kristy) Schuelke, Theresa (Eric) Ledbetter, Nicholas (Brianna) Schuelke, Joshua (Jessica) VanderWerf , Nathan and Timothy VanderWerf, Morgan and Ryan Zainea. Great Neices/Nephews: Hana, Lea, Noah, Jonah, Sylvia, and Peach. Tom was a long time member of Saint Jude Catholic Church. Tom was a very special man who loved his family dearly. He was very social and a great sports fan. He especially loved the Detroit Tigers, Lions, Red Wings and Pistons sports teams. Please join the family for visitation at Reyers North Valley Chapel on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 from 6-8pm where the Rosary will be prayed at 7:30pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at St. Jude Catholic Church (1120 Four Mile Rd NE, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49525) with Rev. Tom Page serving as Celebrant and Deacon Larry Hoogeboom. Please join the family for one hour of additional visitation at the church from 10 – 11am.
