Barbara Jean Gray

Barbara is survived by; husband: Mark Gray, daughter: Bonnie Gray (Alana Gray), son: Robert Gray, grandson: Zander Gray, sisters: Brinda Hanks (Jamie), and Bonnie Miller, brother: Dale Miller, niece: Samanta Havinnivig (Scott), nephew: Travis Hanks (Stephanie), and many friends and family.

Barbara is preceded in death by: dad: Robert Dale Miller, mom: Ruby Storm and grandmother: Arnetta Storm.

Barbara moved to Kansas City in 1985. She was a loving wife to her husband of 40 years. She loved being a housewife all her life.

Taking care of her grandson was her greatest love. We think she may have been the 1St to hold him besides mom and dad.

Her kids were her heart and everything she did was for them.

She loved her fur babies and her parakeets.

Doing yardwork was one of her favorite pastimes.

Her spirit was recognized by everyone she met. She had a big heart and was thankful for all the help she received. She could always make others smile and laugh.

A memorial service will be held from 10:00 am-11:00 am Friday, April 10, 2026 at McGilley George Funeral Home, 12913 Grandview Blvd., Kansas City, Missouri 64030 with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 am.
