Mary Kathryn Rannabargar, age 90, of Grandview, MO passed away Sunday, January 21, 2024 at Menorah Hospital in Overland Park, KS. She was born September 12, 1933 in Etterville, MO. The daughter of Homer P. Crane and Ida P. Harbison Crane. Mary was a graduate of Eldon High School. She was employed by the Division of Welfare in Jefferson City, MO.
Mary was united in marriage to James K. Rannabargar on August 7, 1955. He preceded her in death on July 5, 1992.
Mary loved spending time with her family and talking to her best friend and cousin daily, Betty Lee. She also enjoyed dancing and camping trips with her family. Mary attended many bluegrass festivals with her husband and children. She was a wonderful mother, wife and friend.
She is survived by two daughters Linda Schooley, Grandview MO and Becky (John) Colard, Grandview MO; one son, John (Kelly) Rannabargar, Pleasant Hill MO and a great granddaughter, Shelby Schooley.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents and her four brothers Cecil, Gail, Donald and James Crane. Also her loving grandson, Buddy Schooley.
