

Tom was born on November 22nd,1943 in Elizabeth Town, Pennsylvania to George and Ruth Frank. He attended and graduated from Lakeview High School in Michigan. He attended Bob Jones University for one year before attending Grand Rapids School of Bible and Music where he met his future wife, Judith Kay Winger Frank. They were married on July 31, 1964, at Green Lake Calvary Church in Green Lake, Michigan, and together they raised three children in a house of faith and love.
Tom dedicated his life to the Lord and pastored in two churches. He also worked with Child Evangelism Fellowship, as well as Rio Grande Bible Institute. He and Judy served as missionaries in Michigan, New York City, Kenya, Missouri, Texas, Mexico, and Taiwan.
Tom retired from Grandview School District as a custodian.
Tom loved to travel, spend time with his family, go out to eat, watch Hallmark movies, do puzzles, and play games. He also loved going to church and having fellowship. Tom loved helping people and was always available to give advice or just listen. Anyone he met became a friend.
He will be remembered as a devoted husband, caring father, loving grandfather, wonderful friend, humble man, and faithful follower of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his wife Judith Frank, his parents, George and Ruth Frank, his brother James Frank, and his sister Constance M Carney.
He is survived by his brother John Frank, his children: Joy (Glenn) Williams, Joel (Michelle) Frank, Jason (Jana) Frank, and his grandchildren: Timothy, Cordell, Bailey, Charlee (Chris), Arianwyn, and Jessica.
The memorial service will be at Red Bridge Baptist Church in Kansas City (4901 East Red Bridge Road Kansas City, MO 64137) on Saturday, February 14th at 10am.
