Art was a dental patient for many, many years. I remember him as a gentle man who saw many hardships in his life but always seem to rebound with optimism. My sincere condolences to his family. my prayers are with you.

Nick and Dave, I am not sure if you remember me Jayne Bolt, but I am the one that your dog took a huge chunk of my right let about 44 years ago! My sympathy goes out to you and your families. I can relate to your sorrow because my mother Arlene Bolt passed away only 3 weeks ago on August 8 and we were at Cook Funeral Home as well. Remember how special your father was to you and day by day the pain will get better. Take care

The Wood Family, I cared for your dad for some time at Stonebridge Manor. Art knew my own dad from working with D&W and Spartan,and we always shared a special bond. I will miss his summer visits to Stonebridge and our phone conversations, he always had a smile and laugh for everyone. You will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.

nick, et al- i was sorry to see that your dad had passed. i can still hear his voice in my head when i think of him. he would have made a great DJ, don't you think? he was certainly part of the scene when i think of the growing up on omaha years. i can't help but smile when i think of omaha street. endless jars of polliwogs, illicit M-80's, the ever-lasting water fight, and so on. good times! you and your family will be in our prayers. blessings.

Nick and Dave: I was home over the labor day weekend and my brother Doug and wife Leisha informed me of your fathers passing. My deepest sympathies to both of you. Nick, I remember your Dad way back then - when I was honored to run with that elite crowd of athletes and partiers. Sometimes I could barely keep up. Again, my condolences, my father is now 71.
