She was preceded in death by her parents Lavern and Ethlyn McCoy.
She will be lovingly missed by her husband of 61 years, David Carpenter; children Linda (Bill) Sturm, and Karen (Michael) Davis; grandchildren Joshua Sturm and Jessica Sturm; great-grandchild Lilly Sturm; and cousins Joan (Vern) Wilderdink, and Stephanie Loftus.
A private Celebration of Life service was held by the family.
